Shipping Policy

Last updated: 16 October 2026

Processing time

In-stock orders are picked and packed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed at the weekend or on a public holiday are processed on the next business day. Made-to-order or monogrammed pieces take longer; the product page will say so.

Shipping rates

Free standard shipping on all orders over $150.
Orders under $150 are charged at the rate shown at checkout, based on destination and weight.

Delivery estimates

United States — 5–10 business days after dispatch
Canada and Mexico — 7–14 business days after dispatch
United Kingdom and EU — 7–14 business days after dispatch
Rest of world — 10–20 business days after dispatch

These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs inspections and peak periods can add delays.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number as soon as the parcel leaves us. Tracking sometimes takes 24–48 hours to update after the label is created.

Duties, taxes and customs

Orders shipped outside China may be subject to import duties, taxes and handling fees set by your local authority. These charges are your responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping fees. We cannot mark orders as gifts or understate value. If you refuse a parcel to avoid duty, the return shipping cost and any duty already incurred are deducted from your refund.

Lost, delayed or damaged parcels

Delayed — if tracking has not moved for seven business days, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
Lost — if a carrier confirms the parcel is lost, we replace it or refund you in full.
Damaged — report it within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the parcel and the item, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipping; further shipping charges may apply.
